[cisco-voip] Unity failover....which TSP works?

I am running CCM 4.1(3)sr4a with Unity 4.0(5)es79 with redundant 
servers and TSP 8.1(3)es1.  I have been through multiple iterations of 
the TSP and Unity is still missing some call disconnects from CCM 
which is causing inifinite loops and failover.

Has anyone else had these problems and is there a workaround or 
resolution?
