Brandon,

If you are looking to upgrade to IPCC Express v4, you'll need to upgrade
your callmanager to a 4.1 or 4.2 version also. We're running callmanager
4.1.3 with IPCC v4 and havent had any major issues. (knock on wood)

you should look at these docs to get the nitty gritty details:
callmanager compatibility matrix:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/ccmcomp.htm
contact center compatibility matrix:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/sw_ap_to/crscomtx.pdf

just to make it more fun, they are calling it Unified Contact Center Express
(UCCX) now.. so invariably you'll run across CRA, CRS, IPCC Express, and
UCCX all possibly refering to the same thing on CCO.

If your goal is just to get to IPCC v4, I wouldnt upgrade Unity unless you
need some bug fixes or features that it provides. Particularly if things are
working well now, why rock the boat? :)
