[cisco-voip] Unity failover....which TSP works?

What I have seen is that if traffic is light, the inifinite loops
usually get a chance to timeout and reset the Unity port which puts a
message in the Application Log, but at high traffic times CallManager
will send a call to a port that is looping/waiting for disconnect and
will cause a ring no answer condition, which sends the call to the
secondary server, and causes failover.
