[cisco-voip] IPCC Express Premium 4.X with Nuance ASR

I'm sincerely hoping that some of you have implemented IPCC Express
Premium integrated with a standalone Nuance MRCP Server for ASR. After
some headaches related to my choosing Canadian English instead of US
English as my language under IPCC, I managed to get the integration
working... Sort of. Using the Cisco provided script aa.aef, I'm able
to dial by extension VIA ASR; however, dial by name VIA ASR always
returns the prompt "Say that again" and won't recognize any names in my
directory. I think this may be related to grammars; however, I'm
embarrassed to admit that I haven't the foggiest clue how to create a
custom grammar or point to one that will enable me to recognize names in
my directory. Anybody have any advice?

Kind Regards,

Robert.
