[cisco-voip] Unity Express - Remove prompt after custom greeting

I'm not sure if installing more than one prompt
language under CUE is supported or not. I wouldn't be
surprised if it wasn't. I would guess that Cisco would
require you to have a NM-CUE/AIM-CUE for each prompt
language but I could be wrong. I couldn't find
anything about localization under Unity Express for
some reason.
