What are the reasons that the Orig. QoS or Dest. QoS would be 'NA' in a 
QoS Detail report.  The call diagnostic service parameter is turned on 
clusterwide, and just to make sure that items weren't slipping through 
the cracks for the qos definitions I set my ranges to be very tight 
(0-15,15-30,30-45,45-100) for lost packets only, NA values for jitter 
and latency parameters.

A quick glance shows that all of my calls to/from cti route points, vm 
pilot numbers, vm ports, etc. have NA for the QoS.
