[cisco-voip] "SNMP data collector"

There is alot of CallManager specific information available to query via
SNMP:

MIBs here:
ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/oid/CISCO-CCM-MIB.oid

Configuring SNMP here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a00803f52e1.html

You just need to configure the Windows SNMP service.  There is nothing else
required on CCM side for this to work.
