I just installed the Cisco TAC DST patches on both CCM and Unity servers. In the CCM case, it depends on what level of Operating system service release yo uare running, what level of call manager application software service release you are running, what level of call manager device pack you are running (for the phone level codes), if you have deployed any 7970\7971 color display phones which will need an individual code patch and then finally the cisco DST patch iteself for call manager. The order is very sepcific in terms of what to instal lfirst and there are several reboots after each install step.

For unity, it again depends on the level of unity software application you are running. In general, there is an all encompassing windows operating system code patch which must be installed on all unity servers. Then, depending on the level of unity application code, specific steps on which additional patch to install. Then, there is the JRE patch to apply.
