I heard for Unity Voicemail Only 6.x Cisco is going back to Windows for Workgroup 3.11 and the Microsoft Mail Post Office (Cisco Run-Time Edition Microsoft Mail Post Office 1.0) to avoid Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server licensing costs .....apparently both MS-DOS and IBM PC-DOS will be supported by TAC thru 2009.

You will see the CM MCS platforms migrating to Win2k3 relatively soon
(especially with EOS for win2k coming from MS). With CM this will be
4.3. I'm sure IPCC will have a version coming down the line as well.

Hi,

I am trying to find any reference for support of IPCCX (any version) on
a Win2k3 platform. Our OS people really really really hate having
Win2k machines on the network, so we have to look at the possibility of
utilising IPCCX on a Windows 2003 Server.

The support compatibility matrix doesn't list anything, so I am assuming
we are out of luck and stuck with 2000 only?

If theres no way to do it, has anyone else had any experience with this,
and what did you do to keep people happy that there are 2000 servers
still hanging around on the network.

Cheers,
    Mark
