[cisco-voip] wanna block outside calls for only 2 ephone users

the wording 'incoming' and 'outgoing' are a bit confusing... they are
router centric, meaning a call placed from a phone over the CME Router
is seen on the router as 'incoming'. Calls that are extended by the
CME Router to the phone are seen as 'outgoing'.

So if you want to assign a COR to calls that origin on a IP Phone you
have to specify a 'incoming' cor list on the ephone-dn. An 'outgoing'
cor list on the ephone-dn regulates/restricts who can call that
ephone-dn, e.g. you could configure that the CEO can not be called by
regular employees...
