[cisco-voip] Misadventures with Nuance ASR

Anyone using a Nuance MRCP server for ASR?  Having issues with IPCC
Express and dial-by-name (ASR) using Nuance MRCP...  I think it might be
Grammar related, but can't find any good documentation to help me
troubleshoot it.  I'm currently using the Cisco provided aa.aef script
to test the integration and have been able to dial-by-extension (ASR),
dial-by-extension (DTMF) and dial-by-name (DTMF).  Any guidance,
examples or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
