For each music/prompt step, use a menu step. Set the prompt not to
repeat/default etc but set menu #1 to redirect.

Subject: [cisco-voip] IPCC Queue How To
I am working on an IPCC script for our help desk and I have the first
draft almost completed, but I can't fix one problem. I have setup a
basic queue loop, but I want to give the user the option of pressing #
or 1 or some other key to be forwarded to the help desk's voicemail
rather than wait in the queue. I want them to be able to do this at any
time during the script. I have a variable for transferring to the said
voicemail box (voicemailExt), but how do I do this at any time
throughout the loop (though multiple steps)?
Thanks,
