I was thinking more along the lines of the PHP
documentation where documentation features are
commented by others.
Potential issues ->
commercial ccommentary
server colocation & setup
disagreements over format...among many many other
things that need to be considered.
The wikipedia entry would probably disallow various
commentary that conflicts with one another.
