[cisco-voip] Creating a tie-line to an Avaya for inbound calls

I'm replacing an Avaya that has a point-to-point tie line to another 
Avaya in a different city.

On the controller t1 part, I've got:
controller T1 0/3/0
  framing esf
  linecode b8zs
  ds0-group 1 timeslots 1-24 type e&m-wink-start

What are the other steps I need to do?  I'm assuming that I'd have a 
voice port and a dial-peer, but how to I glue them together?
