[cisco-voip] Cisco IP Phone with problems.

Hi.

 

I have a problem with some cisco IP Phone 7911, when I connect them they don´t pass the post, and a led green  stay on, I tried with a hard reset (123456789*0#) but just one time because it was the only I could, those any kwon how to recover and IP Phone dead?
