[cisco-voip] IPCC 4.05

A TAC engineer told me that the 4.0(5) fixes some 3.5 upgrade issues. We have installed the 4.0(5) HA to replace our 3.5(3) and are ready to go in production very soon (before March 11). The 4.0(5) supports IE7 and is DST ready. If you are already running 4.0(4) SR1 you should be OK with the upgrade.

Hi all,

Is there a resource on CCO that details what the differences are between IPCC Express 4.04 and 4.05, other than searching the bug toolkit? I tried the release notes but they didnt list any resolved caveats or anything like callmanager release notes do.

Anyone running 4.0(5) had any major issues? I'm anticipating having to upgrade soon for IE7 support.

I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is any incompatibility with Windows Vista and any end user voice software (aka, IPCC agent, supervisor and historical reporting software, and Attendant Console).

I know that you can NOT install IPCC agent and supervisor if you have IE7. I don't know if cisco has a fix for that yet.

Anyone know about Windows Vista?

Thanks,

Ryan Trauernicht
