[cisco-voip] CCME transfer woes

I have a customer that has IOS 12.9T2 with CCME 4.0(0)
on a 3745 and occasionally transfers among phones
stops functioning. I am forced to bounce the box in
order to make everything work again. Does anybody have
any idea on how to fix this issue? I don't take kindly
to the idea of bouncing a rooter as if it were a
Windowz box.
