[cisco-voip] MCS 7825-H1 OS Installation

I've encountered this on three of the last four 7825's I've installed.  
After the third attempt to load the OS on the first server, I decided to 
get my hands dirty and entered the array utility after POST.  After 
rebuilding the array, everything was sorted.
