[cisco-voip] audio problem after resuming outside calls

hi

ccme 3.3 2851 router , 7961 operator phone

after an outside call is resumed without transferred to any extension by the operator, there is no audio between the outside caller and the operator even the connection is still up and connection time is still increasing.

 i mean some1 calls the operator and wants to be transferred to userA, operator can not reach the userA and operator resumes the outside calls . But after resuming the call there is no audio between them.

any idea pls
