Scratch that, I see you already found a fix.  Great deciphering work, by

It sounds like Cisco may have missed a part of your license.  Open a tac
case or email licensing at cisco.com and let them know your issue.  They
will probably want to see a copy of the license so they can see what may
be missing.

I have a licensed CCM5.1 server and when I try to select features for
backup I get this message: 

"NO registered features found"

The weird thing is, it initially let me select CCM (and gave me a
warning about not selecting CDR (the cust doesn't care about CDR) 

Then, when I went to run a manual backup, it said, 'No features
configured for backup...'

I did enable the scheduler tho...
