[cisco-voip] 7912 showing not found, but working fine

deleting and recreating worked.

now just if i could figure out why it's not loading the updated locale files. i've modified the files so that rather than "your current options" it says something else, and it worked fine for 7940/60, but the 7912 no go.

is the 7912 using different files than

C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath\English_United_States\SCCP-dictionary.xml , and
C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath\English_United_States\SCCP-dictionary.utf-8.xml

???

all other 7940s show registered fine.

just 7912s. i changed the mac address of the one that was not showing registered to another, and that too is showing not registered.

i'll try deleting that phone, recreating it and perhaps restarting the cluster. it's a lab.

i'm worried that that DST patches have something to do with it.

Is it only one phone in this state or all phones registered with a
certain server? Most likely an issue with RIS Data Collector on
either the pub, or the server where the phones are registered.

And, I can reset it from CallManager admin as well.

The only thing we've done is applied the OS patches and sr3d to 4.1(3)

Anyone know why a 7912 on the ccmadmin pages shows not found, but is
    in fact working properly?
