[cisco-voip] CME cptone being ignored

So, I have a CME 4.0.3.0 running on a 2821 with IOS 12.4.4.XC5

There is no CPTONE configured, but it is playing the ring-ring on the UK...
hard setting cptone US has no effect...

The phones themselves also do the ring-ring thing... how do I fix it?
