[cisco-voip] ccm and quintum or any vendor's gateway for 16 fxo ports?

howdy

Dont know if this was related to my setup,

recently i had situation, ( callmanager 5.0  + h323 quintum tenor) ,
calls  from the callmanager cluster to  the tenor  was not giving
ringback tone,

vendor a blamed vendor b , didnt ask vendor b cause calls to other
vendors  equipment where giving ringback tone.

eventually decided to use open source sip proxy as an intermediary
