[cisco-voip] Dialing solutions for PC and Phone

Hi,

AndTEK has a piece of software that lets you select an arbitrary string of
numbers in windows and hit a keyboard shortcut to dial, that sounds like
what you are after. Looks like its free so you can try it for yourself and
see if it would be useful.

Havent tried it myself but I remembered seeing it on their website.
