[cisco-voip] Anyone using the ANDTek ANDDesktop with Outlook Plugin ?

Is anyone successfully using this AndTek desktop software,
particularly the outlook plugin?

Seems pretty simple and cool, but the outlook plugin does not seem to work.

Its all free so I don't want to complain, and I doubt they support it
since its free.

Anyone have some knowledge of the product and ideas on why it might
not be working?
