I would vouch for both Seth and Louis. I've been working on a big project
over the past few months with CUAE and their support has been beyond
phenominal. The Yahoo group also does quite well too.

You can definitely check out NetPro. Seth and I also lurk on this list.
Also, there is a CUAE specific Yahoo Group if you're interested in asking
questions: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/cuae-dev/.
Personally, I find NetPro to be a bit... cumbersome.
