[cisco-voip] Upgrade from CCM3.3 and CRS 3.1 to CCM5.1 and CRS 4.5

I don't believe I just read this:

"CRS 4.5(2) in the Cisco Unified Communications contact center environment
can only be handled as a "fresh" installation; upgrading from the previous
CRS system is not supported. You cannot upgrade to CRS 4.5(2) from CRS
Releases 3.1, 3.5 or 4.0; only a fresh install of CRS 4.5(2) is supported."

Is Cisco out of its mind? Are they high?

They want all of these customers to upgrade to CCM 5, but they offer no
upgrade path for IPCC?

This CANNOT be accurate.
