[cisco-voip] "more" button on phone templates?

I'd love if someone else could verify this.  I swear we saw this very thing in our sales demos but when we bought the system and started rolling it out, they said that wasn't possible and we must been confused.  We argued and argued considering 3 of us saw the exact same thing.

Nope.  The key just automatically appeared when there was a combination
of more 6 lines/speed dials on the physical phone.

Was the icon for this line a little globe?
It almost sounds like someone linked the key (via a service url) to
your fast dials service and just named it "More"
