[cisco-voip] accessing Cisco Unity Express voicemail box from a different extension

In Unity, I can call the voicemail pilot and then be prompted with my extension.

In Unity express, when I call the pilot, I'm told "there is no mailbox associated with this extension" when I call from a number without a mail box.

How can I check voicemail in UE without calling from an extension with a mailbox?
