Hello All,

Please help here.

Two CMEs are connected via T1 at locations less than 300 meters away and
configured in redundancy mode. 7941/7970s are in the same location as
secondary CME. They have difficulty registering to the primary CME but
ok to secondary CME. When checking CM list from phone's Setting button,
CM 1 is listed with a DNS name matching nowhere and CM2 with right IP
address of the secondary.

How to get rid of the unknown DNS name so get the primary CME IP on the
CM1 spot?

CME v 4.0.3

ip dhcp pool voice

   network 10.0.68.128 255.255.255.128

   option 150 ip 10.0.74.1 10.0.68.131
/ 74.1 is primary CME IP and 68.131

   default-router 10.0.68.129

ip source-address 10.0.74.1 port 2000 secondary 10.0.68.131

Thanks!

Yuan Yao
