[cisco-voip] need to create crystal reports from ipccx

Maybe I'm wrong here but can't you create an ODBC connection to an MSDE 
instance (what IPCC express uses?)...I'm far from a windows expert but 
thought that was possible.

Regardless, definitely doable w/ Enterprise - there's even a pdf 
(hundreds of pages+) outlining the entire database schema.
