[cisco-voip] CCM 4.1(3)sr3b test timer exceeded

Ok, Well ccm.exe did not terminate itself.   They were copying a
translation pattern and inserting it and doing some light CCMAdmin
work and this happened. This is second time this happened (once a few
months ago) but they normally are making small changes to phones, etc
without this problem happening.

I'll take a look at the server again, but did not see any third party programs.
