I opened a Cisco TAC Case and an engineer is working on trying to solve
it. He has told me the same as you about SCCP integration.

SIP Integration? That means your connecting calls to Unity over a SIP
Trunk, right?
As far as I know is AAR not supported for SIP Trunks...

If you would integrate Unity using SCCP Voice Mail Ports AAR should
work...
