Make sure the MGCraP config takes into account the new IP address as well. If you have to change it, you will need to restart MGCraP on the device.

If it's "MGCraP" does the VGW have to be in the same test group.

Are your gateways H323 or MGCraP? If they are H323, check your voip dial peers to ensure they have taken into account the new IP address.

Good afternoon,
We moved one of the call manager server (7845) running version 4.1.3 ES94 from one location to another location.
The IP address was changed. we had some problems running the DBL helper but the problem apparently was fixed.
We created a test call manager group to register some phones. The phones register to this server but they cannot make any inbound or outbound calls. The worst scenario is when I try to add any lines or reset the phone. They do not do anything. Now TAC sent us a newer DB Helper which we are running now.
Does anyone got in to this issue before?
Any help will be appreciate.
Regards,
