[cisco-voip] Renaming CCM Publisher 4.1

If you mean the host name of the windows 2000 OS, DON'T!!!!
It is NOT supported and will break your CallMananger!

...i'm wondering how many productive CCMs are out there named test, or
ccmtest, or myccm or a likes :-)
