[cisco-voip] Renaming CCM Publisher 4.1

That would mean, that basically a simple, search & replace kind of work 
would do it?

If 5.1 supports it it's probably not an issue anymore, however, Cisco 
*could have* realsed a small app or something, that would do this for you.
