[cisco-voip] Renaming CCM Publisher 4.1

You can do it with 5.1 when you upgrade from 4.1 to 5.1, not sure if it
can be done once the 5.1 server is already built.

That would mean, that basically a simple, search & replace kind of work 
would do it?

If 5.1 supports it it's probably not an issue anymore, however, Cisco 
*could have* realsed a small app or something, that would do this for
you.
