[cisco-voip] Unity Admin page keeps getting hung up

Have a customer with Unity 4.2 running on a MS 2003 server. THey are complaining that the saweb page keeps hanging. Went to the event log and see a few errors that have to do with the W3SVC Event ID 1010 and 1013 "A Process serving application pool "defaultAppPool' failed to respond to a ping.
When I restart the IIS service it works fine for a bit. Then starts up again.
