[cisco-voip] CCM 5, need to find out who called 911

I think your right...... But people would still by CER..... It's more
then an alert that people need.  It's a matter of the medic and cop
coming to the right location.

Personally, I think there should be a field in the route-pattern to send
an alert when a route-pattern is called.

Of course, no one would buy CER any more...
