[cisco-voip] IPCC Music On Hold with Option to VM

There is an easy way to do this, set your menu step with a prompt that
includes the information about pressing one, then followed by music in
the same audio file.

I don't know if that is an option in ipccx. My script plays a prompt to
press 1 for VM. If they don't press 1 then it goes to hold music for 60
seconds then asks again in a loop. I don't believe you can get a digit
while on hold.

I am developing a script that, while the user is queued, will ask the
user to press 2 at any time to leave a vm.

Music will be then be played and if they press 2 while it is playing
they will be sent to vm.

I tried using a menu, but it will play the entire wav file and not hit
the user input timeout of 60 seconds.

I also tried using the Get Digit String function and it does the same
thing..plays the entire prompt.

Anybody have any ideas? I don't want to have to edit the wav file.
