[cisco-voip] Unity 4.2 Trouble

Where is the UnityMsgStoreSvc account? Realistically, you can name this
anything, but it appears to be missing...

The UnityDirSvc acct should be an Exchange full administrator (and a local
administrator of your Exchange server) and the UnityMsgStoreSvc should be an
Exchange View Only Administrator...

Also, you need to make sure the UnityMsgStoreSvc account has Send As and
Receive As rights (if Windows 2003, this account can NOT be a domain admin).
