believe it or not, I've found it easy sometimes to simply dump the phones 'all details' and change the details i want, and then reload them.

  Is there any way I can update all the lines (aside from manually editing every line) to modify the Call Pickup Group?  I've tried BAT but although you can build a query based on the call pickup group, you can't update the call pickup group within BAT.

  Any ideas?
