[cisco-voip] BARS UPGRADE

I am currently upgrading a CUSTOMER from CCM 3.3(5)es36 to CCM 5.1(2).

So, they are getting a couple LOANER MCS7835's for their LAB where we
will take the BAR 4.0(12) backup of the CCM3.3(5) database and slap it
on the LOANER Servers in the LAB. Then, we will upgrade to CCM 4.1(3)
where we will do another BARS and DMA backup to upgrade to 5.1(2). So,
now the Lab is running CCM5.1(2) and they will get the warm fuzzy's but,
then they want to take that same BARS/DMA backup and upload to their NEW
MCS7835's that are coming in for PRODUCTION and CUTOVER. I know it seems
convoluted but, this is the way they wanted to do if for several reasons
but, here is the questions:

1.	The Windows OS releases on the current servers are
2000.2.4-->2000.4.2-->2000.4.2sr16 with CCM patch 3.3(5)es36 so, I have
the CCM patch but, I can not find the 2000.2.4 or 2000.4.2 version for
Windows and I am assuming I will need these to create IDENTICAL BOXES
for the BARS restore. Should I A) upgrade to a version I do have
2000.2.7 then, do the BARS and the other versions will not matter if I
have the most recent and the BARS restore will work or B) find the
2000.2.4 os releases or C) I'm screwed
2.	Has anyone successfully brought in the DMA/BARS backup to a NEW
5.1(2) INSTALL?
3.	Should I UPLOAD the DMA/BARS from a 4.1(3) Server to get to CCM
5.1(2) *or* should I backup the CCM 5.1(2) db to another CCM 5.1(2)
server

So my PROCESS:

RESTORE BARS to a LAB SERVER
Upgrade LAB SERVERS to 4.1(3)
BARS the 4.1(3) / Run DMA
On a Separate NEW MCS7835 Fresh 5.1(2) Install DISKs Server, FTP or SFTP
the SQL/Informix Database in

Any Suggestions or comments?

Jamey
