[cisco-voip] Remotely Get Screenshot of Phone Display

That's the XML code for a CIP (iirc???) image. If you take that and
copy/paste it into a test file, save it as a .xml. The ip phone service
SDK comes with a tool to convert xml files into usable images (gifs I
believe) and vice-versa. somewhat cumbersome...
