[cisco-voip] debug isdn q931 shows **ERROR**: Ux_BadMsg: Invalid

This is a H323 gateway back to CallManager, I am thinking these messages are Calling Party Name, but they mostly show up in hairpinned calls (7960 phone dials number on CVP service vru-leg dial-peer) versus all calls.
 
IOS is 124-11.T2
