We use ISI. Seems to be fairly popular.

Got any DB guys around? They can covert it pretty easily to a better
format.

Someone else will have to answer. We had our DB guys do a little magic.
Others on the list use a couple different ones, but I don’t remember off
hand.

Sorry

Scott

We are using CCM 4.1. We are looking for something that will tell me this
person called these number. We need more detail than CAR will give us,
but in an intuitive and easy to read format.

What version of CM are you using? There are lots of 3rd parties out there
doing this. What kind of info are you looking for? This is can just be
quaryed through the SQL and done anything you want to do if you’re a DB
guy.

Has anyone seen a goop app for call tracking/ CDR reporting. CAR seems a
bit limited._______________________________________________
