[cisco-voip] configuring t1 tie line to PBX with sf and ami

I need to configure t1 tie line to PBX with sf and ami.  when I create the dso-group, everything come up fine.  but when I call across to the other system from CM -mgcp  the audio has really bad static or just bad quality.  im connecting to a IVR system with the tie line and i can barely hear the IVR prompts.  I did a hardware loopback test and all test fine.  is there anything else i can try
