[cisco-voip] Dialing from the directory

I can't find the solution someone posted about dialing
from the corporate directory using CCM 4.1(3). I have
a customer that is complaining about having to edit
the number before dialing the number. How do I
automatically append the appropriate access digits to
the numbers?
