[cisco-voip] attendant console broadcast option is missing

hi

i configure ccm 4.1.3  auto attendant . but there is no BROADCAST option for pilot point.
only 2 options  which are    first available and longest idle.

but according to 4.1.3 ccm services and features document there should be broadcast option also

what am i missing
