[cisco-voip] 11D->10D discard : how does it affect 10 digit calls?

I'd like to have one route pattern only which uses a route filter to capture eligible tollbypass calls.

If my route filter has an "discard digits: 11D->10D" will 10 digit calls proceed unaffected?

I'm going to test this out, but just thought I'd ask the list to see if others are doing something similar.

It will cut the number of route patterns I need in half.
